GP-DB, LLC is a woman owned, for-profit, full-service Design-Build company.  Our expertise ranges from multi and single-family residential, to ground-up commercial applications.  Over the last eleven years, the GP-DB team has specialized in designing and constructing single-family, low-income houses throughout the Houston area.

 

GP-DB has overseen the design and construction of over 300 homes in multiple Houston communities, many of these in conjunction with programs such as the City of Houston Land Assemblage and Redevelopment Authority (LARA) and the Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation (CRC).  In the wake of the 2017 storm, members of our team created and implemented a rehabilitation program that successfully renovated 400 homes in low-income areas hit hardest by Hurricane Harvey.
