About Our Company

It all started when I was child.  My father owned a roofing company and, from a young age, I learned to roof and remodel houses.  As I got older, I pursued a career in architecture, working for firms on commercial, industrial, residential and landscape design projects.  Eventually, I ended up at a Design-Build firm, and that is when I realized I had found a perfect balance of what I enjoy the most: being hands-on throughout the entire project.

Initially formed in 2001, GP-DB, LLC is a woman owned, full-service Design-Build company whose expertise ranges from multi and single-family residential, to ground-up commercial and industrial applications.  Our services include: Master Planning, Neighborhood Development, Virtual & 3D Design, Project Management, Permit/Construction Documentation, Project Permitting, Construction Project Management, as well as being a full-service General Contractor.

Over the last eleven years, the GP-DB team has specialized in designing and constructing single-family, low-income and high end houses throughout the Houston area, as well as several single-family and commercial projects in the Dallas area.  We have overseen the design and construction of over 300 homes in multiple Houston communities, as well as successfully renovated 400 homes in low-income areas hit hardest by Hurricane Harvey.  Currently GP-DB, LLC is building low-income homes, in both the Settegast and Sunnyside neighborhoods, in conjunction with East Houston Homes, LLC.  All these homes are Energy Star Certified, and some also include solar power.

GP-DB's mission is in direct partnership with Girl Power Farms, providing funding and jobs to woman involved in our outreach program.  Recognizing that we all go through challenges and transitions in life, and that we each deserve a second chance.
