Residential Design
GP-DB, LLC specializes in house designs and remodels ranging from low-income to high-end custom homes. We have overseen the design and construction of nearly 300 homes in multiple Houston communities, many of these in conjunction with programs such as the City of Houston Land Assemblage and Redevelopment Authority (LARA) and the Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation (CRC).
In the wake of the 2017 storm, members of our team created and implemented a rehabilitation program that successfully renovated 400 homes in low-income areas hit hardest by Hurricane Harvey. Currently GP-DB, LLC is building low-income homes, in both the Settegast and Sunnyside neighborhoods, in conjunction with East Houston Homes, LLC. All these homes are Energy Star Certified, and some also include solar power.
Commercial Design
GP-DB, LLC has completed a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects, ranging from office buildings, medical facilities and financial institutions to educational centers, restaurants and church facilities. Our team has participated in multiple award winning projects, having been recognized for both design and the constructed products.
